Refund Policy

Effective as of April 17, 2025

At Rivers of Provision, we offer both partial and full refunds with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Our goal is to ensure you remain a valued long-term customer.

Partial Refund

If part of your order is missing, damaged, or you are dissatisfied with a particular product, please contact us. Your options include:

  • Substituting the item with one of equal or greater value.
  • Refunding the value of the product.

Note for EBT cardholders: We do not issue refunds on gift cards.

Full Refund

You may receive a full refund if you cancel your order before it is:

  • Picked up by you or a third-party carrier (e.g., us) from our location.
  • Delivered to your address or in transit by a third-party carrier.
  • Shipped (i.e., when the carrier takes possession of the order).

If we can intercept the delivery before you take possession, we will issue a full refund, excluding the delivery charge.

If your situation is not covered above, such as items lost in transit or affected by weather, Rivers of Provision will work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

Refund Processing Times

  • EBT cardholders: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
  • Debit/Credit cardholders: Refunds may take up to three (3) business days to process and will be issued to your original payment method.
